Recipes

Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Beef
Steak and Burger Seasoning
1/3 Cup Heinz 57 or your favorite BBQ Sauce
4 Hamburger Buns
Your Favorite Cheese

 Mix together Ground Beef, 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of Steak and Burger Seasoning and sauce of choice.

Shape into 4 patties

Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat. Place patties in pan or grill and cook until desired temperature.

Top with cheese and allow to melt. Place on buns and enjoy!

Ingredients:
8 Large Flour Tortillas
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Pound Ground Beef
Steak and Burger Seasoning
4 oz Cream Cheese
Cheddar or your favorite cheese
Sour Cream & Salsa

Brown Ground Beef with 1 & 1/12 teaspoons of Steak and Burger Seasoning. Set aside.

Brush outside of tortilla with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the inside of one half of a tortilla. Top with desired amount of ground beef mixture and cheese. Fold tortilla in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat. Place folded tortillas on grill or pan. When cheese starts to melt, flip tortilla and heat until crispy.. Remove and cut into wedges.

Serve with sour cream and salsa.

Top with cheese and allow to melt. Place on buns and enjoy

 

Ingredients:
2 Tsp Corn Seasoning
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1/4 Cup Green Chilis
1/4 Cup Green Onions (Chopped)
1 Lime (Juiced)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
4 Ears of Fresh Corn

Cut corn from cob and mix in bowl with fresh ingerdients.

Sprinkle Corn Seasoning over bowl and serve with tortilla chips.

*Optional (Add 1/4 Cup Cotija cheese at the end)

 

Use 4 large Banana Peppers. Make a slit length-wise down each pepper, scoop out seeds and membranes.

Mix together 1 cup of crumbled feta or cheddar cheese, 4 oz of cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of the Seafood Grilling Seasoning.

Spoon cheese mixture into peppers. Place on a foil lined pan, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Ingredients:
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup Plain Dried Bread Crumbs
Seafood Grilling Seasoning
1 Lemon & 1 Lime (cut in half)
Olive Oil or Butter

 Flatten chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut each breast in half.

In shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs with 1 & 1/2 teaspoons of Seafood Grilling Seasoning.

Dredge chicken pieces in bread crumb mixture coating all sides.

Place chicken pieces on greased, foil lined baking sheet and generously squeeze lemon and lime over chicken. Drizzle with olive oil or top each piece with a pat of butter.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Delicious served with Cheesy Stuffed Banana Peppers and a green salad.

 

Salmon:

Ingredients:
2 Salmon Fillets (Roughly 1 pound)
Seafood Grilling Seasoning
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

 Coat entire salmon fillet with olive oil. Then rub with about 1 teaspoon of Seafood grilling Seasoning coating on all sides. 

On the Grill: Cook, skin side down, covered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until fish easily flakes with a fork. 

On the Stove: Use a heavy skillet. Heat empty skillet on high for about 2 minutes. Place salmon in skillet skin side down. Immediately turn heat to low, cover and let cook undisturbed for 15-20 minutes.

 

Angel Hair Pasta:

Ingredients:
1/2 Pound of Angel Hair Pasta
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Butter
Seafood Grilling Seasoning
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

Cook pasta according to directions and drain. 

Melt olive oil and butter in the pasta pan. Add 3 teaspoons of Seafood Grilling Seasoning. Then add the pasta and stir to evenly coat. Add Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, stir again. 

Serve next to Salmon with a mixed green salad!

Rub Pork Chops with olive oil and sprinkle with Backyard Safari Spice Co Grilled Corn Seasoning and rub into meat.

Grill and serve with your favorite veggies!

 

Ingredients:
4 Teaspoons of Backyard Safari Spice Co Seasoning (Steak and Burger, Seafood, Chicken and Veggie)
1/4 Cup Light Olive Oil
1 Stick of unsalted Butter
1 Loaf of Ciabatta or French Bread (cubed)

Mix together Seasoning, Olive oil and butter. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

To Serve:
Spoon a couple of tablespoons of butter mixture into a small plate and heat in microwave until melted. (10-15 Seconds) Serve with cubbed bread as dippers.
